We work closely with agencies and hirers to provide a legal and compliant workforce through our Enhanced Driver Model. By entering the contractual chain as a fee payer, we are responsible for determining whether a driver’s IR35 status is in or outside IR35.

The Driversmate app demonstrates a true B2B relationship with IR35 indicators via the Driversmate Traffic Light system. The Driversmate app is a “one-stop shop” for Limited Company drivers with a profile which holds all your documentation in one place and submits timesheets, expenses, etc.

We also offer an Enhanced Driver Support Model to provide a managed payroll solution which covers tax, benefits, and holiday pay so you can concentrate fully on your business without the payroll worry.

Ericka (Director) Operations Director

Ericka joined us in November 2018.

With a successful history of roles in blue chip companies, Ericka was originally brought in to help streamline operations in HGV Driver Accountants,

Ericka has been a part of DPS since it was a concept. Ericka is now a Director of the company and the Operations Director. Managing the service and the DPS Team

Hozefa

With us since March 22.

Hozefa oversees our Digital Transformation so that we run more efficiently. He automates and integrates our processes. A qualified and experienced accountant in India, Hozefa is now working towards gaining the equivalent in the UK.

Adrian

Joined us in October 2023

Our search for a Polish speaker with experience in logistics brought Adrian to the team. His qualifications in Economics and Marketing pair expertly with his knowledge of Trade and Logistics.

Previously he was employed in the UK as an interpreter within the NHS, HMP, Social Services and Probation.

Adrian is now working in our onboarding and compliance department, ensuring all Ltd Company drivers are legitimately able to work for hauliers and agencies.

Ellie Rayne

August 19 intake apprentice.

Originally joining us for an AAAT3 Apprenticeship in Accounting with HGV Driver Accountants, Ellie has now moved on to Level 4 working within DPS. Combining further education with hard work, Ellie has a great all-round knowledge of both businesses within the HGV Driver Group.

Nicola

Part of the team since March 2019

Nicola has often joined us on a consultancy basis for short term contracts. She is now our Partnership Development Lead and will oversee our new media and marketing drive. Working in a hybrid role, both on and off site.
