International Women’s Week is a time to recognize and celebrate the incredible contributions of women in all walks of life. At HGV Driver Group, we are proud to have a team of hardworking, talented, and inspiring women who make a difference every day. This week, we’re shining a spotlight on some of the outstanding women in our company who go above and beyond in their roles.
Ellie Greenwood
Ellie joined the company in August 2019 as an apprentice and has consistently proven to be a hardworking and outstanding performer. She continuously looks outside the box to improve the company and bring innovative ideas to the table.
🔹 Fun Fact: Despite not being able to ride a bike, Ellie is a trained pianist!
Shelby Whyte
Since starting as an Office Junior in February 2022, Shelby has shown remarkable adaptability and flexibility. She has worked across both HGV Driver Accountancy and HGV Driver Payment Solutions, proving to be an invaluable member of the team.
🔹 Fun Fact: Shelby has double-jointed elbows, is currently building a car, and has a deep passion for Ford Mustangs.
Helen Tickle
Helen has been with us part-time since August 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her extensive experience in accountancy. Her expertise and dedication have been instrumental in driving our success.
🔹 Fun Fact: Helen is ambidextrous, has numerous tattoos and piercings, and is an avid attendee of various tattoo conventions.
Rebecca Fielding
Rebecca started with the company in January 2018 and, through sheer hard work and determination, has risen to become the Director of HGV Driver Accountancy. As the longest-serving employee, Rebecca is the backbone of the HGV Driver Group and an inspiration to many.
🔹 Fun Fact: Rebecca wears two different sizes of shoes but is an excellent bowler!
Ericka Marsland
Ericka joined the company part-time in November 2018. After the challenges of Covid, she helped to shape HGV Driver Payment Solutions and became a Director in November 2021. More recently, she collaborated with the technical team to develop the Driversmate app, helping drivers demonstrate their IR35 compliance.
🔹 Fun Fact: Ericka is a proud twin mum, a Bolton Wanderers season ticket holder (alongside her family), but a devoted Liverpool supporter at heart.
